I really love this juicer. It makes a lot of juice and you can juice just about any fruit or vegetable.

I have been using the juicer for only 2 weeks but so far it works great, fairly easy to clean, powerful, easy to use, no problems, and was reasonably priced. I previously had a Jack Lalanne juicer, which I returned because it did not perform as advertised...very messy clean up, wet pulp and little juice, and cost about $120. The Hamilton Beach is better in my opinion, seems more powerful, dryer pulp, more juice, easier cleanup. Small apples and will fit in the chute without cutting them. I would recommend this product for medium home use.

this is good for other fruits and veggies, but you have to peel and remove seeds when doing citrus. And true juice oranges have a thin skin not meant to be peeled, so it takes umpteen hours to do alot of them. Of course they do not tell you this on the outside of the box or in the product information. They do tell you it is recommended in the instruction manual. If you don't, you will have very bitter tasting juice!!!!

This is a centrifical style juicer. It is not intended to be used primarily as a citrus juicer. If you intend to do a lot of citrus, then please use a citrus press type of juicer, as you do not have to peel the fruit for these types of citrus juicers. This juicer will do citrus, but it not primarily intended for it. All centrifical style juicers will be the same in this area, it's not a Hamilton Beach specific problem.
