The Harold Butter Cutter produces up to 18 fresh, restaurant-grade pats of butter or margarine from a standard 4oz stick. The 18/8 stainless-steel cutting surface presses through butter with minimal effort, while the two winged handles provide maximum leverage and keep your fingers out of harm's way. The Harold Butter Cutter can also be used for many off-label tasks: slicing cheese or bananas, for example. Measures 8 inches.
