Harold Spice Scoop
The Harold Spice Scoop is an all-metal scoop for spices and grains: flour, sugar, coffee, salt, rice, etc. The Spice Scoop measures approximately 4.5" long and won't impart flavors when properly cleaned. A low-profile body style and tapered handle help keep the Harold Spice Scoop from catching on your bags and canisters as you scoop.

I thought the 4.5" in the description meant the size of the scoop part, not from the tip of the handle to the tip of the scoop. It holds maybe 1/4 C of flour in the scoop, if that. I wanted a scoop that could hold atleast 1 C of flour at a time. Disappointed, since I ordered multiple for all my 2 gallon jars (bread flour, all purpose flour, sugar, etc. Beautifully designed, just wish it was bigger and not big as in the size of an ice machine scoop. These would work good if they were in small quart size jars for salt, pepper, and other spices. (Posted on 3/21/13)
