This outstanding one touch machine has special aroma boost, automatic pre-ground coffee funnel system, and separate water output.  Customer Service Problem -
We recently bought this Jura ENA9. Unfortunately, we could not get the hard water
choice entry to work. A call to Jura turned out to be a 4 and a half hour event.
First I was placed on hold for 30 minutes, then was told to leave my number for call back. More than 3 hours later I received a call, and their Representative was completely unconcerned over this 'inconvenience.'
Never deal with a company that has poor customer service...it will never improve.
