This 3 quart bowl and whip combo allows you to have a big mixer for your large batches, but also have a small bowl for when you only want to whip up an egg white or two, and don't need the larger bowl. The bowl takes up less room in your dishwasher this way too.

A: The Kitchen Aid 3 quart bowl does not include a pouring shield. You may be able to use the pouring shield you currently have for the original 6 quart bowl.

3 Quart Bowl a Great Option! - I really like having the option of a smaller bowl to use alongside the large 6 qt bowl. I often use both for different parts of a recipe. The combi-whip is great too, as its versatility is unbeatable. Thanks KitchenAid and Everything Kitchens!

Perfect part - I was unsure about this bowl until i used it. This Kitchen Aid 3 Quart Bowl is an excellent size for one cake or whipping cream or egg whites. It is also stainless and so you can put it in the dishwasher after you are done. I love it!!
