Kitchen Aid Professional 5 Plus Mixer

Professional 5™ Plus Series 5-Quart Capacity Bowl-Lift Mixers - This Kitchenaid Pro 5 Stand mixer has a pro level motor that can tackle up to twelve cups of all-purpose flour per batch. The KitchenAid Professional 5 mixer has a 5 quart stainless bowl and with it's 450 watts of power, this stand mixer can handle double batches of cookies, as well as bread dough. The Pro 5 is a bowl lift type mixer. See the handle to the right of the mixer in the picture? You just lift the bowl up and down with this handle to easily remove the bowl and whips.

This Onyx Black Kitchenaid 5 Quart Mixer has a high gloss finish, and is the more popular Kitchenaid Black Mixer finish. Kitchenaid also carries a matte black finish in some of their other series called Imperial Black, if you do not want a high shine, high gloss finish.
