The Bagel function toasts one side of the bread or bagel to perfection. The Defrost Function warms the bread or bagel slowly to toast thoroughly. The Reheat Function "warms" the bread or bagel without burning. This Kitchenaid KMT222CU also has a cancel button that will cancel toasting at a push of a button. As always a crumb tray is slides out from the bottom for easy cleanup and disposal. Model: KMT222CU

Kitchen Aid toaster KMT222 - I have just recently bought this toaster and I thoroughly like it in all respects. It toasts just perfectly when you find your preference number. The excess cord stores very nice underneath the toaster so that it is always out of the way. It is attractive, and I like the crumb tray which is very easy to pull out and clean after each use. It is not hot to touch because of the vents and that it is not totally stainless steel.
