For use with the five-quart bowl-lift stand mixer, this dough hook replaces the need to hand mix and knead dough. The burnished outside allow you to have a professional looking dough hook that does not contain any coating that can flake or chip. Kitchen aid mixers usually come with a coated dough hook but they do not have a burnished finish.
