The mixer itself is fabulous of course, I can't believe I waited to upgrade my 16 year old Mix Master. However, I was especially glad the color was exactly what I wanted it to be...every time I get it out to mix something it still gives me a thrill!

Divine Decoration !!! -
I shopped on the internet for a good long while for a stand mixer before I chose Everything Kitchens. I liked their incentives of free shipping & rebates. I had never owned a Kitchen Aid stand mixer in my entire life. I had never even used one before.
This one is a real, true treat! The very first time I used my mixer was to make a recipe that came with the mixer. It was a recipe for cream cheese mints. I added all the ingredients to the stainless steel bowl. It resulted in a tiny amount of batter.
My husband looked into the huge bowl and then laughed. However, the second time I used it was to make an Italian Cream Cake for some friends of ours. I loved watching the Kitchen Aid mixer's planetary action while I walked away to the other side of the kitchen ! You can't do that with a hand held mixer. Boysenberry is a divine color.
It's home is on my counter-top at all times. It's practically a decoration !!!

I've wanted one of these Kitchen Aid Mixers for years. It was the boysenberry color that pushed me over the edge. Not only is it a great mixer, it works beautifully as a meat grinder and vegetable slicer/cheese grater with the attachments. Buy American!

Purple Artisan Stand Mixer -
On the afternoon of Dec. 23, I was desperate for Kitchen Aid Mixers for my daughter and daughter in-law for Christmas. There was nothing to be found in my town except white! ( and my girls like color!) After a quick search on the internet, I found the Everything Kitchens website. They had every Kitchen Aid Artisan color you can imagine in the rainbow and more! Although I am very hesitant to order using a credit card over the internet, I talked with the very nice people at Everything Kitchens and they make me feel very comfortable about a purchase with them. That being said, I ordered a red mixer for my daughter, who has always dreamed of having a red kitchen and loves to cook and a boysenberry (deep purple) Artisan for my daughter in-law, to go in her lime green and purple kitchen and it looks great in there. Both girls are big cooks and they both love their Kitchen Aid Artisan Mixers, and use them an a regular basis.

Best Color - Best Mixer -
I'm the last one in my family to buy a Kitchen Aid Mixer so I had high expectations. This mixer has met them all! The plastic shield is a little cumbersome, but didn't interfere with my meringues and cakes. Very happy!
