    Love my Black Kitchenaid Artisan mixer! - This Kitchen Aid is a dream come true. Gone are the days of hand mixers, and spatulas. I got the imperial black Kitchenaid Artisan model, and it came with a free flex edge beater at the time. It works wonders when making cheesecakes, or any kind of baking that would require to scrape the side of the bowl while mixing. It's solid, and it can handle just about anything you put in it. It won't grind a crowbar, but it sure makes baking an enjoyable experience. I've wanted a Kitchen Aid mixer for the longest time, now that I have one there's not limit to what I can bake.

    Great mixer + on-time rebate - The Artisan mixer is perfect for everyday baking as well as more gourmet and advanced recipes. I am a beginner cook and have used my mixer to make quiches, focaccia breads, yeast breads, chocolate souffles, flourless chocolate cakes, frittatas, and all sorts of other pastries and foods. Mine came with the flex edge attachment and I highly recommend it. The "Imperial Black" has held up well so far and looks fantastic in our minimalist carrara marble kitchen.
