Q: Any reviews about the efficiency of the adjustable blade of this food processor? Is it worth the investment as I already have 2 Cuisinarts.
A: This is a newer model of Kitchenaid food processor, so there are not really any consumer comments on this model yet. However, I called Kitchenaid, and the representative stated that she had used this food processor in the Kitchenaid test kitchen, and that she found the adjustable blade to work very well for slicing many different types of food from very thin to thick and that it was particularly good about not getting clogged. I know that this is not a consumer's experience, but it may at least help answer your question!
