I'm excited about my purchase of the 7 Quart stand mixer! I've had my 4 1/2 quart since 1996 and I have really enjoyed it. The ONLY reason that I'm replacing it with the larger version is when i make bread the mixer bowl is not big enough on my 4 1/2 quart mixer it handles my bread dough just fine (8 cups of flour!) but the bowl isn't deep enough and the dough winds up going past the top of my dough hook and up under the bottom of my mixer and makes a mess. Other than that one thing I would not trade my mixer for anything it has been great and I've made alot of heavy bread doughs and cookie doughs and it has never once bogged down on me or ever given me any trouble at all. I'm sold comletely on your products! Thanks Kitchenaid for your outstanding mixer! (Posted on 3/8/13)

I have only used my mixer once since it came, but it performed perfectly and I am very happy with it being so user friendly and know I will enjoy using it over the years. I make dozens of cookies for Grandchildren and look forward to that task being much easier now with my new mixer. (Posted on 1/29/13)
