Do not buy - health hazard! - The teflon coating came off of this KitchenAid Roaster after 3 uses at 325 degrees.

roaster with rack - horrible I bought two of them and coating is peeling on both of them very dissappointed especially that it is a kitchenaid product

Peelings, nothing more than peelings - Same issue. Used twice, teflon peeling off. Unless you want teflon lumps in your gravy, save your money.

Disappointment: Teflon Peels Off - I bought this roaster in December 2009 to cook a big rib roast for Christmas. It worked well till Christmas 2010. Cooked a Tenderloin roast. Non-stick coating started peeling off now it is not safe. Very disappointed about this.

Big Disappointment - My Mom bought me this roasting pan as a gift a couple of years ago, and although I had high hopes for it, the nonstick coating peeled off the bottom of the pan after using it it only about a half dozen times, which is totally unacceptable. So I wouldn't recommend it as a purchase, unless you don't mind having to replace it in a short amount of time.
