In the stainless and, black and metal combination, this new Krups Coffee Burr Grinder GVX2-14 coffee mill lets you adjust the bean fineness with exact precision. This Coffee Burr Grinder has 17 settings from fine to coarse so it easily adapts to any type of Krups Coffee Maker, French press or espresso maker. The container on top holds eight ounces; below is the special Coffee Burr Grinder milling system that grinds your beans to the fineness you've selected, preserving the aroma and avoiding overheating. The Coffee Burr Grinders can be removed for easy cleaning. This Krups Coffee Grinder’s dial on the front lets you adjust from 2 to 12 cups; on bottom is the removable container that fills with your freshly ground Coffee beans, ready for brewing.

Excellent Product - This Krups grinder is perfect. The only one that doesn't burn after three consecutive grinds!

Couldn't be better! - This coffee grinder is just perfect for my needs. This may be due in part to the fact that I use one of the smaller coffee makers. All of the complaints that I've read about this product are grossly unfair and seem to stem from the fact that the users don't read the directions. The grind is perfect, the timer is right on, of course you have experiment a little to get your requirements down. After that, leave the settings alone. As for the 'mess' it makes, not true, just tap the container to settle the grounds down before opening. I never have any mess on my counter or the machine. As far as noise, it's a quiet as anyone would want for a product that does all that this one does. Bottom line, if you don't like the grind, play with it a bit, and don't overfill it. Soon you too will love this machine as much as I do. Jerry Oklahoma City

not too happy - the coffee grinder shuts off throughout grinding and I have to shake the beans down into the grinder mechanism. There is NO anti-static container... the grinds stick to the container. The burr constantly comes off and we have to re-attach it. i think it is way over priced for how annoying it is.
