Q: Does the Krups KT600 have automatic timer so coffee goes off in the morning by itself?

A: The KT600 is a thermal coffee pot so there is no heating source after the coffee has been made. The Coffee stays warm for hours via the utilization of this thermal carafe but will not be as hot as when first brewed. The coffee pot does have an auto-off function which shuts down the unit once brewing is complete.

Q: Is the carafe dishwasher safe?

A: The manufacturer recommends hand washing the carafe.

Q: Does KT600 has the heat from bottom?

A: Because the Krups Silver Art Coffee Maker comes with a thermal carafe it is not equipped with a warmer on the bottom.
