 LEM 6 and 8 Tray Food Dehydrators / Jerky Dehydrators, the LEM 6 & 8 Tray Food Dehydrators were designed with a steel reinforced frame, and embossed logo exclusively for LEM. The advantage of our LEM food dehydrator is the rear mounted fan which distributes a direct stream of air from a 500 watt heating element. Temperature is controlled by a color coded thermostat mpiunted on the top of the food dehydrator unit. The results is an even distribution of air and an unmatched consistency in the texture of your snacks. Other food dehydrators require rotating the trays every hour. No need here!
Solid ABS thermoplastic construction and large, removeable trays (14 1/2 x 10 1/2) provide one square foot of drying space per tray. Great size for the kitchen or wherever you make your jerky. Makes perfect "take along" snacks for hunting, fishing, camping and road trips.
Easy Clean up. All trays slide out and there's no messsing dripping to scrub off the fan unlike vertical dehydrators. Includes complete instructions manual and recipe book. At these prices you can't lose.
