This kit has everything you need to make home made sausage except the meat. The stuffer is well made including the welding. The gears are made of steel instead of plastic like some other stuffers so they will never break. Also it breaks down for easy storage and is easy to clean. You won't find a better deal than this when you consider all the accessories.The book is excellent.
