Q: I have an Amana glass cook top. My largest 2 burners are 10" in diam. Do you have a canner that fits this size. I understand they you need a canner that has a flat bottom and has iron in it. Please forward information, plush cost and shipping. Thank you. A. Easton

A: The manufacturers of all the canners that we carry state they are not recommended for glass cook tops. I apologize that I am unable to recommend one due to the manufacturer's suggestion.

Use of Steam Canning - I have used steam canning method for 20 years. My mother told me about steam canning and bought me one. I have had no problems, l thought I saw reports that steam canning is not recommended.
