Marcato Marga Mulino Roller Mill Overview:
The Marga Mulino Roller Mill from Marcato will allow you to make flour or cereal flakes. The Marga Mulino Roller Mill features a flour setting, and a flake setting for thick and thin flakes. The Flaking Setting is great for producing your own cereal, or even your own oat meal! Soon, you'll have your own naturally tasting cereal or oatmeal, with just a quick turn of the handle.
The Marcato Marga Mulino Roller Mill is a terrific compact machine for producing your own flour. Before long, you'll be able to make flour out of any legume or dry seed, such as: rye, soy, wheat, beans, barley, millet, alfalfa, soy, and so much more. Simply pass the flour through the Marcato Marga Mulino Roller Mill to reach the desired consistency of flour.
The Marcato Marga Mulino Roller Mill uses a 3 roller system. Each roller turns at a different speed. The differential speed of the rollers on the Marcato Marga Mulino Roller Mill allows for greater control of the milling process. These 3 rollers are easily adjusted by a regulating knob located on the Marcato Marga Mulino Roller Mill. Adjusting the rollers allows for control over the texture of what is being milled.
The Marcato Marga Mulino Roller Mill comes with a clamp to allow you to secure it to the surface you're milling on. This Roller Mill also comes with a wooden brush for cleaning, as well as a plastic container for catching everything that you're milling. The hopper and collecting basin are washable, however, do no wash the actual mill.
