    Best Margaritas ever! - I was very impressed with this Margarita Fiji machines ability to shave ice. Perfect. The only negative is that the pitcher lid and the spout where the ice comes out do not perfectly line up and often makes a mess if you are making a full pitcher (and I do). Otherwise, I love the ability of this margarita machine.

    Great Machine!!! - All that I wanted and more - make sure to get the travel bag too - this thing works unbelieveably well! It took me two years to make the move and I am glad that I did.

It did take a little getting used to, modifying the recipes etc., but now I'm an expert. We took it with us on vacation , and had a blast. Money well spent.

    Good Margarita Machine - Great Price ! - We love Margaritas. Saw the Margaritaville Margarita Blender Machines in the Margaritaville stores. Wanted one but was hesitant about the price. Did a little online shopping and found Everything Kitchens. Glad we did. Buying here was considerably less than any other place we found for the very same DM2000 Margarita Blender. The machine itself does what is says. Powerful margarita blender plus the ice shaving capability = WOW! The thing is it is a little noisy especially when shaving the ice, but drink one or two of the smoothly blended drinks that she produces, and you will forget the noise. Plus, who wants a quiet party anyway? Right? All in all buying this from Everything Kitchens was the right thing to do. I would recommend them to anyone.

    Hate It - Too big, too heavy, and way too expensive when a blender works just as well. Waste of money!

    Awesome product! - I purchased this item for a Margarita night at our local watering hole and this baby performed! We went through 6-5 gallon buckets of ice in no time and the Margaritaville machine never showed any signs of fatigue. It's so easy to use and cleans up easy. I didn't have the issue with a messy full pitcher as outlined in the previous post. We will be using it again and again!

    The DM2000. Not a 5 star... but close! - If you are like me, you let Bacardi do all the mixing and one can of Bacardi margarita mix plus 1 can total of tequila and orange liqueur is exactly double the amount of liquids you should be adding and that doesn't count the mango chunks for good mango margaritas. So I have split up the mixture and make up two batches for every one I had to make with my Smoothie Maker I used before the DM2000 Margaritaville Blender. Makes 3 big margaritas or 4 medium size margaritas but the consistency is great. Buying another pitcher will solve the problem but that means the already expensive Margaritaville Margarita Machine is that much more expensive. I did use the DM2000 Fiji to make sno-cones for my 3 year old and that works fantastically. If this unit came with an "oversize" pitcher, it would have rated 5 stars.

    Best price is at Everything Kitchens! - I spent hours looking for the best price, including tax and shipping. Everything Kitchens was the absolute cheapest and the product arrived in 4 days. In case you have not researched the Margaritaville Fiji Margarita Blender, just keep in mind that this is a rather large margarita machine that does not fit under a cabinet. It cranks out smoothies and frozen drinks without any problem and is very easy to clean. I'm still experimenting with smoothie bases and have discovered that you really need to dissolve the powder before adding, to ensure uniform texture and taste. As for the frozen drinks, well let's just say there is nothing better than sitting on your deck, sipping a Pina Colada and soaking in the sun!

    Star of the show!! - Got this margarita blender for our annual 4th of July celebration. The DM2000 Margarita Blender was definitely the star of the show. We started out with Margaritas and ended with Piña Coladas! One of the best investments ever since we entertain often in summer.     Doesn't really make frozen margarita's - If you use the automatic setting, the DM2000 Fiji Margaritaville doesn't make frozen margarita's, just really cold ones. For frozen, after the cycle completes, you have to manually add more shaved ice, then blend again. My bartenders have a hard time figuring out how many seconds of extra shaved ice to add. If they go over, you have a margarita snow cone and they need to add extra liquor to thaw it. The Margaritaville Fiji would be more convenient with a automatic frozen setting. Other than that, the thing runs like a tank. Made several hundred snow cones for a community event and the thing didn't break a sweat.

    Best Investment - It's the life of the party!!! - This Margaritaville Fiji is the best margarita making machine on the planet. Great for Pina Coladas too. The ice shaving capabilities are amazing. As for the "mess" mentioned in some of the other reviews, I just wrap a thin towel around the opening and the mess is in check. Also, get the travel bag, you'll be glad you did.
