The Nesco convection oven is large enough to accommodate a 12 lb turkey with ease. Take this Nesco Countertop Convection Roaster Oven with you to parties or gatherings. You can bake crispy breads to perfection just as easily as cookies, cakes or pies. This Convection Oven has patented Circle of Heat technology that combines with convection flow for quick and even cooking. The included Chrome roasting rack lifts out to allow for a larger cooking space and the cookwell is also removable to allow for easy clean up. This Convection Roaster Oven’s exterior is durable brushed stainless steel. Nesco Countertop Convection Roaster Ovens come with a limited 1 year manufacturer’s warranty.

Q: How does this product compare to the Jet Stream Oven? I've used the JSO for many years with great satisfaction and I'm disappointed that I'm suddenly unable to find them on the Market...

A: The Convection Roaster Oven is a completely different style and concept from the Jet Stream Oven. Unfortunately Nesco/American Harvest has discontinued the Jet Stream Oven and they have not offered a substitute as of yet.

Q: Is this roaster NSF certified for commercial use?

A: No, I'm sorry but this roaster is not NSF approved.

Q: I wanted to confirm that the removable cooking container is porcelain and not non-stick, is that correct?

A: Yes, the container is porcelain.
