You can have deli fresh sliced meats and cheeses with Nesco's Professional Meat Slicer FS-150PR! This slicer is the newest edition to the Nesco / American Harvest Family. This Nesco slicer features a detachable 7½" stainless steel blade manufactured in Germany. The base is made of heavy duty die cast aluminum that is both light weight and extremely durable. Non-slip feet keep the slicer in place while you work. A dual safety switch keeps your hands away from the blade as you turn the machine on. Adjustable thickness control allows the user to cut from 1/32" to 1/2" slices so that every slice is exactly the desired thickness.

Q: i am looking for a slicer that is not expensive and i like this one but my question is can I slice chicken breasts into thinner slicers? or take a beef roast and make thin slices of it? thank you very much

A: The Nesco Deli Slicer will slice chicken breast and roast beef. Do not use appliance to cut deep frozen food or bones.

Q: The nylon gear stripped, can I get parts for my slicer, if so how do I go about it?

Q: How will this little guy work on hard salamis?

A: This slicer will do fine for slicing salami. If you expect to slice a lot of cheese, we recommend a motor of 130 watts or more as cheese can create a lot of blade drag.
