This is pretty much a similar blender compared to the 300 series Omega Blenders, except this 450 has a 3 horsepower motor that will push through about anything.
The 450 model blender gets a small upgrade of a pulse funciton button that allows you more versatility, and this model comes with the 82oz jar.
