Oster Deep Immersion Deep Fryer - I used my new fryer the first night I received. I would buy this product again if I ever needed another one. The best price offered and free shipping. The item was well packed and does everything that is advertised. It is easy to disassemble for clean up purposes and to put back together and use again. It does get real hot and cooks as though you were in a fine restaurant. The deep fryer was the best packed appliance I have ever purchased. The baskets are made of a nice weight quality. The oil holder is made of a nice heavy steel blue enamel and very easy to clean. I will not buy any electrical appliance that is hard to clean up. I love this appliance. Other reviews is why I purchased it.
