The Paderno Noodle Strainer, courtesy of Paderno-World Cuisine, brings an authentic look and feel to Asian-inspired noodle cooking. Featuring a super-fine, stainless-steel-mesh basket on a wooden handle, the Noodle Strainer retains even the smallest noodles, allowing only the water/oil they're cooked in to pass through. The basket measures 5.5 inches in diameter by 5.25 inches tall and has a capacity of 5.8 gallons.

The Paderno Noodle Strainer measures 13.5 inches in total length and includes a hook on its handle, allowing it to be hung from the side of a deep pot.
