Paderno Stainless Steel Mandoline (Includes Pusher and 3 Cutting Blades)
This Bron stainless-steel mandoline/pusher/blade kit comes courtesy of Paderno-World Cuisine. The traditional French mandoline and pusher are made almost entirely from stainless steel. Featuring three (3) integrated cutting blades, the Paderno Stainless Steel Mandoline can slice, julienne, crinkle-cut, and waffle-cut potatoes, carrots, and a large variety of other fruits and vegetables with ease. All blades cleverly attach to the mandoline itself to keep them from getting lost in cleaning, transportation, or storage.
Thickness can be adjusted gradually--from paper-thin to half-inch slices--with the flip of a lever. The included pusher moves fruits and vegetables steadily across the cutting surface, which at the same time keeps fingers out of harm's way.

- Thickness is adjusted with the flip of a lever: from paper-thin to 0.5"-slices
- Blades slice, julienne, crinkle-cut, and waffle-cut fruits and veggies
- Julienne blade has a reversible 38-prong cutting surface
- Side A has 10 cutting teeth with 3/8" spacing
- Side B has 28 cutting teeth with 1/8" spacing
- Included pusher anchors food to the glide plate and keeps fingers safe
