The Paderno-World Cuisine Baking Mat is a rubberlike, non-stick baking and freezing mat made from food-grade woven silicone, which cannot be cut with household kitchen knives. The Baking Mat may be used in many cases as a substitute for traditional baking sheets, though the manufacturer specifically recommends it for use with sugar, chocolates, candies, many types of bread and pastry, cakes, and cookies.

The Paderno-World Cuisine Baking Mat is thermally tested to withstand temperatures between -40º and 600º F, making it safe for both the oven and the freezer. The special baking surface is easy to clean, and the compressible design makes it easy to store. Reusable up to 3,000 times. Not for use over an open flame. Paderno-World Cuisine recommends that the Baking Mat be rolled up after use rather than folded. Measures 24.5" long by 16" wide.
