Pizza ovens are a great way to create family fun and enjoyment when making a homemade, or frozen pizza. Not all pizza ovens are the same, and its good to know the differences between them before making your purchase. A way to learn more about specific pizza ovens are to click on them individually and research for specific features. A pizza oven comes in two main varieties, toaster and convection. The only difference between the two is that the convection oven has a fan in the side or rear section of the oven that allows the heat to be distributed evenly. This allows the dough to rise very evenly creating an even cook throughout the pizza. Toaster style ovens are great for cooking pizza as well, and with a lower cost (normally – depending on brand and model) they are more sought after. Since the toaster has just a broiler and no fan, the toaster oven is the optimal choice for just toasting and broil cooking.
