The sifted flour is contained in a removable measuring cup to help prevent countertop messes. The measuring cup on this flour sifter has a 3 cup capacity and a fine mesh screen that allows for dusting of flour or powdered sugar. Able to nest for compact storage, this flour sifter has a non-skid base, is dishwasher safe, and is made from ABS and stainless steel.
