• TALL VERSION - Designed specifically for the preparation of coffee drinks served in tall glasses. The support surface is located at a lower level than on the standard model, allowing glasses up to 5 and ½ inches in height to be used. A special extractable ledge allows Italian espressos to be prepared on the TALL model as well, with the cups at the correct distance from the group. On the TALL version, the length of the iSteam automatic steam wand has been modified for use with this version, allowing it to be used with large pitchers as well.
• ELECTRONICS – The sophisticated electronics of this model are used with a simple and intuitive interface. The functions that can be directly managed and programmed from the display include 1. Automatic easy-clean washing program, 2. Infusion Program, 3. SEQ (Standard Espresso Quality) system warns in case of a variation in dispensing, allowing constant dispensing times to be obtained.
• iSteam – (Please call us to add this option to your order for $600 more.) This new totally automatic steam wand allows milk to be heated and frothed using a mix of steam and air, until a soft and remarkably compact cream is obtained. The innovated water system makes it the fastest and most powerful steam wand on the market (500 cc from 10 degrees C to 65 degrees C in 30 seconds). Two program selection buttons: “Cappuccino”, to heat and froth the milk, or “Latte”, to heat the milk only. The smart electronic control system injects air according to the quantity of milk present in the pitcher, giving constant quality time after time. When the programmed temperature is reached, the iSteam stops automatically. The user can set the final temperature of the drink and the quality of air to be emulsified for both programs. The special stainless steel covering is heat-insulated to make it cool to the touch and extremely easy to clean.
