A: Upon purchase Rancilio will contact you to make arrangements for installation. The Rancilio is made in Italy. If the unit were to stop working properly during the warranty period you would contact Rancilio directly and they would direct you further.

Q: I am interested in the s2-epoca. It is difficult to tell by the description and photos. There are programmable buttons for different shot sizes correct. I am unclear the difference between semi-automatic and automatic. Please explain...
A: The Epoca S or any Rancilio S model that I am aware of only uses the single brewing button to turn on and off the brewing. No programming available at all for this model. All the E models have programmable buttons, 5 buttons per group.
