All returns require a Return Authorization.
All items being returned must have been purchased within the last 18 months from the date on the invoice or the return request will be denied.
To obtain a return authorization, please call Bunn-O-Matic at 800-637-8606. The person authorizing the return will need to know the Bunn-O-Matic order number, the invoice number and the serial numbers of the items being returned. If Bunn-O-Matic is initiating the pickup we must have the correct pickup locations address, a contact person's name, and their phone number.
- The Return Authorization number must be written on the outside of each box being returned.
- All returns must be sent back using the original internal and external packaging
- Water or other liquids must be removed prior to returning to Bunn-O-Matic
- Credit to account subject to inspection of goods and date of purchase verification

All items that are returned will be subject to inspection and review by Bunn for final disposition of the product. Any items received in any other condition than indicated on the return authorization may be returned to you. This would result in no credit being issued to your account. Also, items that are returned, but not on the return authorization may be returned to you and credit denied.
Any products received by Bunn-O-Matic without a return authorization may be refused at the dock.
Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.
