Awesome machine - I just got my Roma Express Pasta Machine. The pasta machine is great. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that the adjustable wheel pasta cutter that comes with it is cheap and useless. It broke when I was washing it to get it ready for first use. Other than that, I love it. It makes making homemade pasta easy and quick. And my wife loves my new homemade ravioli.
