The Saeco Vienna Plus Graphite fully automatic espresso machine is the easy to use reliable espresso maker that belongs in every kitchen! The Vienna Plus by Saeco is full of features from it's patented removable brew group technology to the Vienna's easy to use interface. This Saeco espresso machine can do it all from espresso, to tea, this unit grinds, tamps, brews, and discards with the touch of a button. The steam wand on the Saeco Vienna Plus is pump driven and makes frothing milk or getting hot water easy. The Pannarello tip on the steam wand is a Saeco exclusive and comes with the Vienna Plus standard. The maintenance on the Vienna plus is made easy with the front service door opening wide for access to all parts that need cleaned and maintained. The grinder has the Optidose feature ensuring the user of the Vienna Plus can choose how much coffee they want per shot, anywhere from 6-9 grams. The conical burr grinder on the Vienna Plus is adjustable allowing the user to set the grind just how they like it. You can also choose how much water is used per shot, so you can have your espresso, cappuccino, coffee, or tea just how you like it!

 3rd machine we've owned -
This is the 3rd Saeco Vienna and they get better each time. I have to admit the 2nd was not a true Saeco since they sold under the Spidem brand - and quite frankly the Spidem was very poor quality. Almost so much that we looked at other brands when we finally wore the 2nd one out. We were very pleased to see Saeco selling the Vienna again.
This machine is by far the best yet. It is solid and quiet and has yet to have any errors. You can spend a lot more money and get other features and bragging rights, but this machine is perhaps the top bang for the buck. You will not be disappointed.Looking for a great automatic espresso/coffee machine - this is it!
