The beans start in the air tight anti-UV hopper and are precisely ground throughout the built in ceramic disc grinder, after they are processed to your desired consistency they are pushed and tamped into Saeco's exclusive brew head which allows you to choose the strength and consistency of your espresso. The Saeco Aroma system can be set to inject hot water into the grounds during a pre-brewing cycle allowing maximum flavor extraction, or if you prefer you espresso to be brewed traditionally it can be switched off. If you choose to enjoy a cappuccino or latte the milk island on the Saeco Xelsis SS allows it to be frothed directly into your cup, so there is no need for messy frothing! When the time comes to clean the machine all you need to do is open the front door to access every part.
