The recently redesigned Saeco Aroma pump driven espresso machines are built with traditional features in a sleek modern design. The Aroma series are a manual espresso machine which allows the user to have absolute control over every aspect of their espresso, from the grind of the bean to the length of brew time. The Saeco Aroma units are wonderful for anyone who is just discovering the world of espresso, the controls are extremely straight forward and allow the user to learn and grow with every brew, froth and tamp. The unit brews at 15 bar into the pressurized portafilter which creates the perfect elements for great espresso every time. The pressurized portafilter is also able to accept ESE pods so if you are in a hurry you can just pop in a pod and the perfect espresso is seconds away.
Froth away!
Saeco incorporated the Pannarello steam wand into the Aroma redesign which allows milk to be frothed quickly and easily with the steam being pushed out into 3 different directions agitating milk perfectly. The Pannarello steam wand can also dispense hot water so anytime you need hot water for tea or even oatmeal you can dispense it with the push of a button and twist of a knob.
Create Cappuccino With Ease
As with the other manual espresso makers the Cappuccinatore frothing device will attach directly to the steam wand making a latte or cappuccino easy. The milk is pulled from a separate container and combined with steam and is frothed directly into the cup, and when you have all you need simply turn the steam knob back to stop the attachment.

While the Aroma units are a traditional pump driven manual espresso maker which requires the user to be more involved in the brewing process it also allows more precise control over flavor, aroma, and volume of each brew. This unit does have some very user friendly features such as the easy to understand indicator lights, the large water tank (82 oz), and the optional Cappuccinatore attachment that takes the work out of frothing milk. This unit is the next step up from the Via Venezia by Saeco in the fact that this unit has a full stainless steel housing and a larger water tank, but the brew features remain the same.
