The Sausage Maker D-14 Stainless Steel Insulated Digital Food Dehydrator puts you in complete control. This Digital dehydrator has a new, easy to use LCD control panel that allows you to create up to 8 individualized, savable programs with your food dehydrator. With a maximum of 5 intervals of customizable temperature and duration settings, you can program your digital food dehydrator to produce the same consistent results every time. Like our standard model D-14 Food Dehydrator, this food dehydrator maintains the quality and dependability of a Sausage Maker product, but features a more powerful control head. The digital control accurately controls temperature to within .05 degrees for up to 99 hours of drying time. The added insulation increases energy efficiency and reduces drying times. This digital food dehydrator is for commercial and home use. Using the same control panel as we do on our D-20 Commercial Food Dehydrator, the D-14 Insulated model includes (4) 220V, 3-Speed motors. The different speed motors featured on this food dehydrator allow you to control the intensity of the air circulation, giving you versatility to dehydrate different products. Set the fans speed on your food dehydrator to ‘High’ and dehydrate thick slices of meat for low-fat, high protein jerky. Choose ‘Low’ setting for a less vigorous fan speed and dry herbs.
