The Sedona dehydrator is packed with the latest innovations that set it above other food dehydrators. This unit is equipped with a digital temperature control as well as dual fans. Since the Sedona paired the dual fans together with the digital temperature control any user has the ultimate control over the temperature and time when dehydrating any food. The fans evenly spread the precisely heated air over the full 9 trays or the dehydrator can be used with 4 or 5 trays for smaller batches.

The Sedona can be separated into 2 completely separate compartments with the BPA compartment divider. When you separate the compartments it allows you to save energy when making smaller batches, or you can dehydrate two different types of food without worry of flavor transfer. Even when making a full 9 trays and utilizing both fans the Sedona dehydrator is very quiet and can even be set to night mode to decrease noise further. No more listening to your dehydrator working away all night thanks to the night mode setting!
