Q: I have Sedona BPA & Teflon Free Drying Sheet Set for my Sedona Dehydrator and I spread some blended apples on them to make a fruit leather. I just pulled them out and the leather is stuck to the sheet, I can't get it to peel off. What am I doing wrong?

A: I contacted the manufacturer regarding the issue you are experiencing and they suggested that it is possible that the apple mixture is not dried enough. Once the apple mixture is dried it should peel off with minimal difficulty. If you prefer to still have some moisture left in the leather, then they suggested utilizing either a non-stick spray or a small application of coconut oil or grape seed oil on the sheet.
