Solis Master 5000 OverviewThe Master 5000 by Solis is the entry level super automatic machine that still retains the customizability of a higher priced unit. This espresso machine can still be adjusted to meet any users specific taste. The conical burr grinder has 18 different coffee grinder settings and the dosing can be adjusted from 6-9g. The amount of water used per cup can be adjusted anywhere from 1 to 8 oz, allowing you to perfect your coffee with every brew. The Solis Master 5000 has a built in conical burr grinder that is both extremely reliable and produces the best grind every time. Every top of the line coffee grinder shares the conical burr design specifically for these reasons. The grinder also has a stone detector so if any foreign debris ever works it's way into your bean hopper the unit will stop itself preventing any possible damage. Solis engineered a special pre-infusion coffee system for all of their espresso makers. This system injects the freshly ground beans with hot water before they are brewed for approximately 2 seconds. During this time the beans are moistened allowing the aroma and oils to leech from the coffee so when the brewing begins the user obtains maximum flavor extraction with every cup. The brew group that the Master 5000 uses to create the flavorful espresso or coffee is easily removable for cleaning, as is the water reservoir, coffee spout, drip tray, and the internal dump box.
