Taylor Digital Thermometer for Deep Fryers

This Taylor Thermometer has been made with a special 9” stainless steel stem. The 9” stem makes this thermometer optimal for candy / deep fryer applications. The readout is digital and the adjustable head makes it easy to read at almost any angle. The stem has a special holder that allows for easy grip on the side of a deep fryer basket. The temperature ranges from -40°F to 450°F and -40°C to 230°C.
