Q: Is this baking scale dishwasher safe? If not, how do you wash it?
A: No, I'm sorry it is not dishwasher safe. This model is water resistant but not water proof so it can withstand water exposure but not the pressure, heat, and length of time it would be submersed in water in a dishwasher. The manufacturer recommends hand washing the the cup and base and sponge washing the handle.

Stop washing all those measuring cups! The Taylor measuring cup scale is fabulous. Cuts down on prep time. Just measure dry ingredients first, followed by liquids. No need to wash the cup in between. Measuring ingredients accurately,produces better baked products. This Taylor Digital Measuring Cup makes a great gift for friends and family.
