This Weston 07-4101-W tenderizer meat cuber reduces cooking time and maximizes the effectiveness of meat marinades! You can use the Weston tenderizer meat cuber to tenderize and prepare cube steaks and cutlets from wild game or domestic meat with the simple turn of a crank handle. This heavy-duty Weston tenderizer meat cuber will make cube steaks out of the toughest meat! Tenderize and prepare your own cube steaks and cutlets from wild game and less-than-choice cuts of meat. Two rollers turn 31 stainless steel blades to cut into coarse meats up to 3/4" thick. Simply drop the meat into the top of your tenderizer meat cuber and hand crank your cutlets or tenderized steaks. The removable stripper blades keep the meat from wrapping around the rollers. The Weston 07-4101-W tenderizer meat cuber also includes cast iron construction with durable white food-grade coating for super-fast cleaning. A nylon base won't hold bacteria or contaminate the meat. This tenderizer meat cuber disassembles for easy clean up. The Weston tenderizer meat cuber includes C-clamps to temporarily mount on any counter or tabletop.
