Q: I am looking at your 50lb meat smoker it says you have a stainless drip guard were is that located in the picture I am not able to see it in your model on line. Also do you make an riser kit to make this smoker taller?

A: The stainless drip guard is placed over the sawdust pan on the 50 pound meat smoker. The Sausage Maker company does not offer a riser kit for the smoker at this time.

Q: Is this available in a 110 volt?

A: Due to the high wattage of this unit the manufacturer does not offer it in 110 volt.

Q: I am starting a fish smoking business and need a commercial smoker. Are these models commercial?

A: Yes, the 41835 model is a Commercial Meat Smoker for lighter duty use.
