I had the same problem as the person with the first comment, it entirely stopped working after only getting about 4 uses out of it. But I could not find any information on repairs so to save anyone the effort, just don't buy this.

I recently bought this product and have used it only twice. Yesterday, I was so disgusted that I'm sending it back to the factory. The "lowest" speed is fast enough to do egg whites quite nicely -- that is, a racing speed. I tried mixing sugar, flour, butter and an egg yolk (semi-dry combination) and it sprayed all over the place outside of the bowl because the lowest speed was outrageously high. No way to mix anything other than wet cement with the other speeds, I'm sure. All six speeds are the same: faster, faster,...and fastest.

Out of the box at 200mph. Didn't dare try to mix anything. This mixer will be in the next yard/garage sale. It could be used at the Daytona 500 for changing tires.
