The Sausage Maker 30 Lb. Stainless Steel Sausage Stuffer (TSM 30 Lb. Sausage Stuffing Machine), we've used the same gear system because it has, time and again, proved to be the most efficient way to stuff sausage. Crank down slowly to stuff sausage with little exertion, then crank back up quickly to reload the cylinder. And there's no need to replace your existing accessories - both the plastic and the stainless steel stuffing tubes and locknut from your 15/20 Lb. sausage stuffer model easily transition to work with this new 30 Lb Sausage Maker Sausage Stuffing Machine.

With the increased size, similar geared sausage stuffers would be unstable during stuffing. However, we have eliminated this problem. Our 30 Lb. model features an innovative cylinder locking system on the base to prevent any shifting during use. Similarly, it has also been given extra supports near the base to maximize its stability.
