The new D-14 Sausage Maker Stainless Dehydrator design has digital control panels, which are programmable. You can input up to 8 programs with 5 programmable steps for each program, including type of food and multi level temperature, and then when steps are done, the stainless dehydrator shuts off on it's own.
Sausgage Maker has taken everything you love about their smaller models and made this stainless dehydrator even better! We made the Sausage Maker D-14 Stainless Dehydrator larger to allow for two extra shelves, increasing your drying space by nearly 20%! You will be able to dry as much as 21 lbs. of product at a time. Sausage Maker's new LED Display will allow you to set the Stainless Dehydrator for an unprecedented 99 hours of drying. The TSM D-14 Food Dehydrator is even easier to clean than Sausage Maker's other dehydrators. They've designed a stainless steel removable rack system, allowing for both the 14 shelves and their brackets to come out for cleaning.
This Sausage Maker stainless dehydrator is by no means lacking in efficiency. The louvers on the door facilitate water removal, and the vertical location of the 2 rear mounted fans improves air circulation throughout the entire stainless dehydrator.
