Q: How do you clean the Sausage Maker Deli Slicer?

A: Directly from the Product Owner's Manual: This machine and all its parts should be cleaned with soft cloths using ordinary neutral detergents containing non-ionic anions respecting the following temperatures and concentrations: Temperatures higher than 31° C, solutions with ph=7-8. Use soft cloths for drying.

Q: Do you have to take the machine apart or the blade off to clean it ??

A: Clean Slicer thoroughly with soft cloths and neutral detergents. The instructions do not indicate that the blade needs to be removed to clean.

64317 professional 12 inch slicer - I sliced 50 pounds of home made bacon for first job.slicer worked smooth and precise for the temperature of meat.I needed to cool meat more; but the slicer did not seem to mind very fine product.
