Q: How many cups of flour can this Viking 5 Quart Stand Mixer hold?
A: All types of flour have different weights. Therefore, I am unable to rate the capacity in cups of flour. However, the Viking 5 Quart Stand Mixer does have a maximum flour weight capacity of four pounds. If you are using a stone ground or high-gluten flour you may need to adjust the amount to prevent overloading the mixer.
