This ravioli maker attachment for the Imperia pasta making system lets you make mini raviolis at home--and the raviolis look just like those bought at any Italian bistro. Requiring little assembly, this ravioli maker has an internal roller that creates the critical, even, riveted, edged pattern that distinguishes classic ravioli. As two sheets of pasta pass through the ravioli maker, the desired filling is evenly distributed and comes out in sheets of three finished raviolis.
